Administrative Coordinator (Trilingual)

In Salmet, we are looking for an Administrative Coordinator responsible for preparing quotes for our different poultry systems, managing, and following up on claims and orders for spare parts as well as managing and tracking imports/exports from Europe to the Americas and vice versa.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop commercial and economic proposals for Salmet customers / Manage and track Salmet’s imports/exports
  • Administrative processes
  • Manage and follow up on the report of claims and orders for spare parts
  • Manage and track imports/exports from Europe to America and vice versa
  • Attention to international customers

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University professional in Administration, Accounting and / or Industrial Engineering
  • Fluent in English and French (Mandatory)
  • Located in Panama. If is a foreigner must have a valid residence and work permit
  • Advanced Excel handling
  • CRM management (Not mandatory)
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in similar positions
  • Customer service experience
  • Knowledge in import/export processes
  • Experience in the poultry sector (Not mandatory)
